Eight aspects that need to be paid attention to when installing a pressure transmitter:
1. The pressure transmitter needs to be operated in accordance with the correct connection diagram when installing.
2. When the pressure transmitter is installed and used, pressure detection and measurement verification are required to prevent the pressure transmitter from being damaged during transportation, thereby destroying the accuracy of the measurement.
3. The pressure transmitter should be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane;
4. The measuring point of the pressure transmitter and the installation position of the pressure transmitter are at the same horizontal position.
5. In order to ensure that the pressure transmitter is not affected by vibration, a vibration damping device and a fixing device should be installed.
6. In order to ensure that the pressure transmitter is not affected by the high temperature of the measured medium when using it, a cooling pipe should be installed.
7. Ensure airtightness and avoid leakage, especially for flammable and explosive gaseous media and toxic and harmful media.
8. Take care to protect the cables leading out of the transmitter. When used in industrial sites, it is recommended to use metal pipe protection or overhead.
The distance between the installation location of the pressure transmitter and the measuring point should be as short as possible to avoid slow indication; when the pressure transmitter is used in special circumstances, additional devices should be added, but additional errors should not be generated, otherwise corrections should be considered.
