Adjustable pressure controllers are mostly used in slightly corrosive media environments

The housing of the liquid part of the adjustable pressure controller is made of 304 stainless steel, and the inside of the sensor is plasma welded with a 316L diaphragm. It is characterized by small error, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good stability. It is mainly used in furnace pressure, industrial wastewater, autoclave and other slightly corrosive media or in environments with high pressure resistance. High precision, repeatability error ≤1%, wide measurement range, can also measure negative pressure, negative pressure switch is mainly used in high-precision environments, such as power plants, vacuum pumps, compressors, circulating water and other working conditions.

1. The set value should be in the middle of the adjustable range of the pressure controller (20%-80% of the upper limit).

 2. The switching current shall not be greater than the rated value (when the contacts operate frequently, it shall not exceed 60% of the rated value).

 3. When the adjustable pressure controller is installed outdoors, adequate protective measures should be taken to prevent corrosive gases, drastic changes in ambient temperature, solar radiation, water penetration, etc.

 4. For liquid media with peak pressure and pulse pressure, a damper interface can be installed to eliminate setpoint drift and excessive wear of the equipment.

 5. When installing the cable, the tight curtain at the front end of the cable should be tightened to prevent the cable from loosening and the infiltration of water and other liquids. The cables should be inserted deep enough into the terminal block and the terminal block captive screws should be tightened.

 6. Before opening the cover of the switch part of the adjustable pressure controller, the power should be cut off. The grounding of the switch body should be reliable and high, and the low input port should not be reversed. Otherwise, it will not work. It is strictly forbidden to move the lever inside the body. The pipe joint is screwed into the high position, and the depth of the low chamber inlet is not more than 12mm.
